Our clinic will be closed on 16th June 2024. For medical advice, please call the emergency number 111. Call 999 in a medical emergency when someone is seriously ill or injured, and their life is at risk.


How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment online via our website using BOOK NOW, call the clinic on 02087460830, email reception at or just walk in at our clinic.

How much is a consultation?

• The face-to-face consultation fee is £100.
• The Follow-up consultation fee within 1 month is £90.
Please note the consultations are approximately 30 minutes, however, the time will vary depending on your personal circumstances.

How can I pay for my treatment or Consultation fee?

You can pay by Cash, Credit card or Debit card.

What are the clinic opening hours?

We are open 7 days a week and our telephone lines are open from 9 am to 6 pm

Do you do blood tests?

Yes, we offer a full range of blood tests and results will be usually available on the same day or the next working day. We work with approved Laboratories such The Doctors Laboratory

How long does a doctor's consultation last?

Most of our appointments are between 20 to 30 minutes.

Can you refer me to the NHS?

Yes, with your consent we can refer you to your NHS GP or NHS hospital if require urgent care.

How is the Private Walk clinic regulated?

We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission and all our doctors are registered with the General Medical Council

How do you maintain the confidentiality of patient records?

We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use information collected lawfully in accordance with the GDPR & Data Protection Act 2018 (which is overseen by the Information Commissioner’s Office), the Human Rights Act, and the Common Law Duty of Confidentiality.


All of our staff, receive appropriate regular training to ensure they are aware of their personal responsibilities and have legal and contractual obligations to uphold confidentiality, enforceable through disciplinary procedures.


Only a limited number of authorized staff have access to personal information where it is appropriate to their role and is strictly on a need-to-know basis.


We maintain our duty of confidentiality to you at all times.


We will only ever use or pass on information about you if others involved in your care have a genuine need for it.


We will not disclose your information to any third party without your permission unless there are exceptional circumstances (i.e. life or death situations), or where the law requires information to be passed on.
